We’re hiring a Commercial Compliance Consultant!
Join our team as a Commercial Compliance Consultant, where you will be our in-house Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal development and client-facing work. This position is highly visible and reports to a Senior Vice President. The role is office-based but we will consider telecommuting arrangements for the right candidate.
Experience needed: We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device compliance, as it relates to sales and marketing. You will need an understanding of industry regulations, particularly around commercial activities.
We will need you to "hit the ground running" with the responsibilities listed below.
Client Projects and Sales Support
Consult with prospects and clients to conceptualize training solutions; collaborate with our instructional design team to create custom compliance training modules; modify off-the-shelf module storyboards to incorporate client content edits
Periodically review off-the-shelf modules to ensure content is current, and modify if needed; propose new topics for off-the-shelf modules based on new enforcement actions, industry trends, and client suggestions; collaborate with our instructional design team to write content for new off-the-shelf modules
Work with our marketing team to compose marketing and promotional material; compose Tweets and other social media content; compose blog entries regarding training and industry events
Attend webinars and conferences related to compliance; monitor industry news and share information with internal team
